Let the winter blues melt away. Blossom into your best self this spring.
Tommy Hilfiger over the years has been able to give life to unique and different imagination which is strong in its aesthetics. But have always been ready to evolve and welcome changes and trends. They have always been open to a huge audience with their new lines such like their hugely successful Sport Collection, or Tommy jeans collection, which is aimed at younger generations.
Spring 2021 is here and so is Tommy Hilfiger’s various proposals that will make up the different labels of the brand, fresh and contemporary collections. They are at the same time unmistakable and impossible to miss.
After pandemic shut down everything in New York, Tommy Hilfiger went south. He spent most of his time in Miami and Palm Beach. There he found his inspiration for the new spring collection from the area’s famous pastel architecture and outdoor activity. At first the collection appears as a familiar mix of brand’s revised prep style – striped oxfords, college blazers, but it is not overly nostalgic. Instead, Hilfiger is proposing what “classic American style” should look like in the 2020s – more casual, more comfortable and more exclusive.
The Tommy Hilfiger spring 2021 collection is inspired from Miami’s aesthetic, which celebrates the preppy-chic style of palm Beach’s country clubs and draws inspiration from the colourful buildings of Ocean Drive. Taking this forward, the collection rewrites country club aesthetics by combining tennis, golf and yachts on shirts, varsity jackets and blazers. Same Miami vibes can be found in the Tommy Jeans collection, where street style and sports aesthetics meet basketball inspired T-shirts, vintage prints, work wear details and 3D effects.
Finally, within the Tommy Sport line, you can find the chromatic scheme which has always been their characteristic, this time on the garments. You’ll see sporty flavour with technological innovations, ranging from recycled and waterproof materials to organic cotton which can be stretched over and over again.
